I'm on my 5th blackbox pro in 2 years and haven't had an issue yet. I mainly shoot weddings and use these to archive old projects after I've delivered them. Fantastic drive!

I have an 18TB @ 7200RPM. Flawless : this is my 2nd Glyph which the 1st is the 8TB @ 7200RPM from 6-8 yrs ago ~ No Complaints what-so-ever! Professional DJ since 1983 I know my Hard_Drives ~ I have 16 externals running on my MacOS I only use the Best from LaCie - Glyph - G.Tech - W.D. & believe it or not 2 older SeaGate's over 15 years old. I'm in the process of buying another, cause my 18 is almost full.

It was a little hard to set up on a Windows computer but once it is formatted it works like a charm. I like the fact that it is an American company. I use Beyond Compare to back up my files. I do not like auto backups. This way I only backup new files and can choose which ones.
